Abib currently offers international shipping exclusively to the United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS, UPS Ground, or DHL eCommerce.

2. Order Fulfillment

Unfulfilled: Order has been placed and payment confirmed. It is currently being prepared.
Fulfilled: Order has been shipped. Tracking information is available under My Orders.

3. Payment Methods & Shipping Fees

  • Shop Pay

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout once the delivery address is entered. Total shipping weight includes free gifts and packaging.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

4-4.Change of Mind Returns (Buyer's Remorse)

We accept returns due to a change of mind; however, the following conditions apply:

5. Delivery Confirmation & Liability

Once a shipment is marked Delivered by the courier with a valid Proof of Delivery (POD), the order is considered fulfilled.

  • Abib holds no liability for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
  • No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only if the order status is "Unfulfilled."
